Masculine Pursuits Exhibit Opening - View a new exhibit featuring artifacts related to "manly" endeavors. Included are carpentry tools, shaving implements, sports equipment, and more.

Entries Due for Needle Art Competition - Bring us your creative needle art pieces for the annual Delmarva Needle Art Show & Competition! Entries can include embroidery, counted cross-stitch, quilts, knitting, crocheting, lace, sewing and more. All types of work made with needle and thread are welcome. Ribbons will be awarded. The show will be on display from September 1 through October 31.

FiberFest! - Our yearly textile arts festival is back! Vendors will be selling fiber art supplies and hand-crafted items. There will also be live animals, children's crafts and free admission to the museum. Festival admission is also free. A great way to spend the day for fiber art fans, families and everyone else!

Julia A. Purnell's Birthday Party - Commemorate needle artist and museum namesake Julia Purnell on her birthday. Our gifts to you: free admission and cake!
